Termites and muchém
Termites work from below and from within. By the time the damage shows on the surface, the colony has been there for months — which is why the right treatment depends on whether the building is already standing.
Before building, or with the structure already standing
On new builds, treating the soil before the foundations is the cheapest and most effective intervention in this service. On existing buildings, the work is done with a perimeter barrier and baits that the colony carries inside.

Soil treatment (pre-construction)
Application across the whole footprint before the foundations, creating a treated layer between the soil and the structure. Done in coordination with the contractor, without delaying the build schedule.

Perimeter barrier and baits
In existing buildings, injection around the perimeter and at timber-to-soil contact points, plus bait stations that the workers carry back to the colony. Periodic checks of every point.

Preparation takes only a few minutes and makes a difference to the result. We send this list before every intervention.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know they are termites and not something else?
Typical signs: mud tubes on walls, timber that sounds hollow and fine dust along skirting boards. The inspection confirms it.
Does soil treatment delay the build?
No. It is done in a single day, before the foundations, in coordination with the contractor.
How long does the protection last?
It depends on the product, the soil type and exposure to water.
